Founded by Mitzi Ruddock, BCA3 was established with a mission to empower underserved entrepreneurs and businesses, particularly within the Detroit area, by providing them with the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed in a complex and often challenging business environment. With deep roots in the local community and a strong commitment to social equity, BCA3 works to bridge the gaps in knowledge, resources, and opportunities for businesses transitioning from informal to formal sectors.
Drawing on over 7 years of hands-on experience, BCA3 specializes in business compliance, regulatory support, entrepreneurial training, social equity consulting, and wellness initiatives. Mitzi’s background in real estate, cannabis advocacy, and small business development, combined with a strong passion for community revitalization, helped shape BCA3’s holistic approach to business consulting.
